Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - 1-2 days

Appointment for an EPC survey and Engineer visit at a convenient time will be arranged within hours of your payment. Once survey has been carried out, an EPC certificate will be forwarded to you in PDF format with the score and recommendation within 24hrs of the property survey visit.

Gas Safety Certificate - 2-3 days

It has been a legal requirement since 1996 for all landlords (who rent part or all of a property) to have all the gas appliances and gas pipe work in a rented property safety-tested every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. On average the tests will take 45mins to carry out. You will then receive two copies of the certificate, one for your estate agent/ tenant and a copy for your own records.
