Had great service, just one comment, when you buy online, after the payment accepted the form really doesn't tell you what info is required. I phoned before so guessed that in the comments box you wanted the name, dob, address etc. this wasnt apperent in the detail of the page. needs tweeking to help newbies get it right first time. thanks.
