Every year around 300,000 property transaction collapse, and slow conveyancing is a major contributory factor. Slow conveyancing put potential buyers/sellers off if they are not willing to wait.
Manny created a company whose primary focus is to help the best law firms and the most efficient property professionals to complete their transactions in a timely manner.
Here at CNC Searches, our primary aim is to minimize delays to transactions and quick turnaround of searches is our way of helping smooth the conveyancing process.
We have established relationships with most of the local authorities in England and Wales, which allow us to be able to expedite searches when the need arises.
