Gas Safety Certificate

It’s your legal responsibility as a landlord - who rents part or all of a property - to ensure you have all the gas appliances and gas pipe work safety-tested every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered engineer and to be in receipt of a Gas Safety Certificate.

This will ensure you meet your legal obligations and are able to keep your tenants safe and secure while they’re renting your property.
