We have access to a large database of consumer and commercial data that gives a comprehensive insight into your applicant. We carry out a full credit history check, and search for individual voluntary arrangements (IVA), county court judgements (CCJ), bankruptcy, defaults/arrears and repossessions.
Our reference team will contact your applicant’s employer, or accountant if self-employed, and/or landlord to obtain a verbal or written reference. And we also carry out validation of references, a salary/income validation, and a guarantor suitability and full affordability check to ensure that the applicant can afford the rent.
You will be asked to provide the applicants full name, date of birth and current address on the final page after payment. (The applicant needs to have lived at their current address for a minimum of six months.)
